In some cases we can provide a quote from the information provided at the first point of contact but most of time we will need to perform a free diagnostic check on your equipment.
In exceptional circumstances, the diagnostic check itself will lead to fixing the problem. The prices for these situations are settled on a case by case basis.

Implementation
After discussing which service you require and agreeing to the quoted price, our expert technicians will fix your equipment in a professional and timely manner.
Rest assured, that if for any reason our technicians cannot fix your equipment, you will not be charged.

Results & Payment
Once our technicians have repaired your device, we will contact you to arrange a collection or delivery of your item. It is at this stage that we request payment for our services, the amount being what was agreed on at the consultation stage.
